The PU-coated leather, and faux-fur and Thinsulate™ lining mean feet are protected in any conditions. The oil and heat-resistant Vibram Arctic Grip sole provides outstanding grip, and JALAS® Composite Toe Cap, steel puncture protection and double impact protection zones in PORON® XRD®. Comes with blue and black laces.
The shoes contain increased ProNose toe protection . You can use this benefit not only in the event of a trip with the shoe, but also when working in a kneeling position when you push the shoe into the ground through the toe.
Model 1378 can also be found in the category Leather work shoes , as it has high-quality Finnish leather on the upper. Scandinavian leather is among the best in the world . The upper is stitched with double and triple stitching for greater durability.
The shoes have a classic lace-up fastening with eyelets.
A big benefit of the shoes is the side zipper, which makes taking off and putting on shoes much faster . The zipper is lined with a cover membrane to prevent dirt from getting inside.
In the same way, dirt does not get into the shoe even around the tongue , as it is fully connected and closed.
Winter work shoes Jalas 1378 have active insulation in the form of Thinsulate™ polyester fur from 3M. Thanks to such insulation, the footwear is suitable for demanding winter conditions.
The shoes also have antistatic properties and meet the ESD standard - they are therefore ESD shoes.
A big plus is also the insole, which the Finns take care of. The insole contains the unique cushioning foam Poron XRD as well as aluminum foil and Merino wool.
The outsole is still the biggest benefit of Jalas 1378 shoes. All models from the Heavy Duty collection contain a Vibram sole, which is in a special Artic Grip design. This version achieves better traction on ice and icy surfaces.
