Jalas 1558 are class S3 safety shoes. The footwear thus meets the safety requirements for the toe, anti-nail plate, water resistance and patterned sole.
Model 1558 can also be found in the category of leather safety shoes, as it contains a high-quality leather upper, which is covered with polyurethane film for greater durability. The shoes also contain a textile part, which is mainly around the collar at the foot.
The shoes also have increased toe protection , which significantly reduces toe kicking and extends the life of the shoe.
The inside of the shoe is made of a breathable Polyamide lining . The foot is thus ventilated and comfortable throughout the day.
The benefit of this model is the BOA system . This system of stainless steel cables is easily tightened using a wheel. It is loosened by pulling and tightened by pushing and turning. The advantage is that the system does not loosen on its own - you tighten the shoe and it stays tight.
The lower part of the shoe consists of a rubber sole with a high-quality pattern . The sole, in addition to being non-slip , is also resistant to a temperature of 300°C. The footwear is also suitable for road workers and similar jobs.
The lower part of the shoe also contains a steel plate against nail punctures and two insulating intermediate layers - HI against temperature and CI against cold.
Jalas 1558 has an FX2 Pro-X insole, which has two absorption zones. In addition to shock absorption, Ergothan also contains yellow Poron XRD cushioning foam, thanks to which the shoes offer superior comfort. After wear, we recommend replacing the insole with a new one, ideally from Jalas.
The 1558 model, like the entire Gran Premio collection , is slightly wider and thus offers enough space for the entire foot . In terms of length, however, these are classic shoes, so when choosing, you can choose the size you normally wear. In the case of the wrong size, we offer a free exchange.
We deliver shoes in stock within 2 days. If the given size is in stock at the supplier, the delivery is doubtful between 2-3 weeks, as we order the shoes directly from the Finnish supplier.

What are the real sizes?Most Jalas shoes are standard size. In the case of special shoes, such as welding or winter shoes, you can choose one size smaller. Some Jalas shoes are larger than the European standard.
